By accessing, registering on, or using the bay8880 platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the bay8880 Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

bay8880 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the bay8880 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bay8880 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bay8880 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

bay8880 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money gaming features on bay8880, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on bay8880. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bay8880 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Identity Verification (KYC): bay8880 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

bay8880 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on the bay8880 Platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. bay8880 may add or remove payment methods at any time.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bay8880 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawals held pending the completion of the verification process.
• bay8880 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests at the time of submission.
• bay8880 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed with zero platform fees for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to standard interbank transfer fees.

Currency: All transactions on the bay8880 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). bay8880 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

bay8880 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are applied to wagers after your real-money balance has been exhausted, unless otherwise specified.
• bay8880 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void any bonus credited in error.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Loyalty Program points and rewards are governed by the separate Loyalty Program terms available at /loyalty-program.

bay8880 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of amendment will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, except where amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

All games available on the bay8880 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

• Live Dealer Games: Games offered through the Astar Live suite are conducted by professional dealers in real time. The outcome of each hand, spin, or round is determined by physical dealing or physical game equipment visible on camera. bay8880 does not manipulate live dealer game outcomes.
• Arcade & Fishing Games: Titles including Gold Toad Fishing, Ocean King Jackpot, Cat Fishing, and Diving use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. These systems are tested for fairness and statistical integrity.
• Video Poker: Deuces Wild and other video poker titles use certified RNG systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within the game interface.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, bay8880 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. bay8880's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. bay8880 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bay8880 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerability must be reported to bay8880 support immediately. Exploitation of a known vulnerability will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to conceal the origin of such funds.

All content on the bay8880 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of bay8880 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bay8880.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any bay8880 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of bay8880's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bay8880 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors not caused by bay8880's gross negligence.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bay8880 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bay8880's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

bay8880 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bay8880 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method following the completion of any applicable verification requirements.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting bay8880 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bay8880 Platform shall first be submitted to bay8880's customer support team for resolution. bay8880 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.

bay8880 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bay8880 will notify registered account holders via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
